• Account Information: Your email address and unique user identifier when you register or sign in via Apple, Google, or email.
• Property & Search Queries: Street addresses, parcel inputs, and ADU design configurations submitted for analysis.
• Usage & Diagnostic Telemetry: Request latency, endpoint usage, error rates, and client IP addresses for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Transaction History: Server-authoritative credit balances and in-app spend transactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Retrieve parcel boundaries, assessor records, and buildable envelope geometries from public cadastral registries.
• Generate customized 2D ADU floor plans and MEP conceptual layouts.
• Protect against endpoint abuse, automated scraping, and unauthorized access through rate limiting.
• Synchronize your saved projects and search history across devices.

We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

Parcy integrates with trusted third-party infrastructure providers that process data under strict data protection terms:

• Google Maps Platform: Rooftop geocoding and address autocompletion.
• Realie: Cadastral parcel polygons, assessor facts, and property records.
• Supabase: Encrypted PostgreSQL database, authentication, and secure edge functions.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Conceptual floor plan and engineering element reasoning.

4. Data Retention & Security

All network communications between the mobile app, web dashboard, and server functions are encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). Authentication session tokens are stored in hardware-encrypted keystores (`SecureStore` on iOS Keychain and Android Keystore).
